You may choose to order online or by fax, mail or phone.

Online ordering

If you place your order online, you have the option of downloading digital versions of your product or you can request that we ship your products to you (allow 4-6 weeks). If you request a digital version, you will be given a URL for downloading a PDF file within 3 days. The PDF file comes complete with covers, tabs and instructions for assembly. If you choose the shipping option, shipping and handling fees, as well as any applicable taxes (for California residents only) will automatically be added to your purchase price (see General Ordering Information below).

Payment online

All orders must be made in US dollars and require prepayment. Online purchasers must use a credit card. Foreign customers are responsible for duties, customs and all import charges. Web site purchasing is entirely safe and complies with the highest standards for privacy and security.

Ordering by fax, mail or phone

Follow instructions below for ordering by fax, mail or phone.

Payment

All orders must be prepaid by check, credit card, money order, or accompanied by a purchase order. We accept only signed and numbered institutional purchase orders, and only for U.S. orders; P.O.s will be charged at 1.5 percent per 30 days.

Rush Delivery

Please indicate if your order is a rush. A rush fee will be charged in addition to the regular handling fee and any expedited carrier charge requested. Call for our rush service options and a quote to rush your order to you. Please note on your order the exact date you need your materials.

Regular delivery

Regular delivery is three to six weeks from our receipt of your order. If you must receive your order by a specific date, please note that date on your order form. For faster service, please call us for rush delivery options.

Sales tax

California residents must add sales tax or include tax-exempt number with order.

Returns

You may return your order of materials for any reason within 30 days of invoice date. To ensure proper credit, returns must be preauthorized and shipped by traceable means, with return shipment prepaid.

Orders returned more than 30 days after invoice date must be paid in full before authorization to return can be granted. Materials lost or damaged during return shipment will be charged to the customer. Materials must be returned in clean, undamaged, unmarked, resalable condition, and with the original invoice.

Shipping and handling costs will not be credited.

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, save all merchandise, shipping boxes, and packing materials. Contact us immediately. Claims for incorrect or damaged shipments must be made within 30 days from invoice date.
